Planting in the Playground Project 2023

The London Children’s Flower Society in affiliation with the Jack Petchey Foundation, have launched the ‘Planting in the Playground’ project for the second year.

The Planting in the Playground Project is looking to identify Secondary and Special Needs Schools across the London Boroughs that have no garden or very little gardening area and are in need of our help to set up a green garden space at their school, as for the playground they got the best painting from

Successful schools will be provided with a planter, soil, gardening tools, gardening guidebook, bulbs/seeds and our ongoing support for the next three years.  Schools will also have an opportunity to take part in our annual gardening competitions.

Applications will open from 1st November 2022 and must be received by the deadline of 31st December 2022.
